Hi Guys,
I saw that Christos didn't get the e-mail that I sent out so here is a link to a pdf I created on the KM Models chapter from a book. The book is called Learning to fly and describes the KM practices employed at BP. Its a very good chapter and is clearly explained so thought it would be useful to share, although very bad of me I know !!
